To easily return or exchange an item, please request approval here.

We gladly accept approved...
   ...returns of products within 30 days 
   ...exchanges within 1 year
(counted from the date of receiving your order)

All items need to be in 'like new' condition, with all original parts & accessories. Once we receive your return, we'll double check the condition & issue the store credit or refund (depending on time frame):
- Refund or store credit (within 30 days)
- Store credit (over 30 days, but under 1 year)

We can only issue refunds to the original credit card used when you placed your order.

Who pays shipping?

Defective items will be fully exchanged and the customer is not responsible for return shipping fees. 

For items free from error, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
