Feel free to return or exchange any scissors within a full year from the original purchase. Within the first month (30 days from the original purchase), we’ll refund your money or exchange for a different pair—up to you! If it’s after the first month, but within a year from the original purchase, we’ll gladly exchange it for another pair or store credit. If you’re interested in exchanging for a different pair of shears, send back the original pair and we’ll promptly send out the new pair to try (We’ll issue store credit or charge the difference in price accordingly). Or if you’d prefer, you can purchase a couple pairs and keep only the ones that work best for you.

This is in addition to the life-time warranty against manufacturing defects that already comes with every pair of scissors we sell. If the manufacturer doesn’t offer a life-time warrantee, we don't believe their shears are worth buying. We think you’ll agree.
