    Slightly longer answer: As soon as we've confirmed your order, we make every effort to ship within 24 hours. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay but we will be in touch with details. 

    Of course! You can try any shears for up to a full year. 

    Shears need to be experienced - tried out - before committing. Each person is unique and their choice of shears should reflect this. Some shears fit smaller hands well, others work better with larger hands. Precision shears are an investment and it may take time to find just the right one. We’re here to help find the best shears for you & your cutting style.

    Feel free to return or exchange any scissors within a full year from the original purchase.

    - Within the first month (from the original purchase), we’ll refund your money or exchange for a different pair—up to you!

    - If it’s after the first month, but within a year from the original purchase, we’ll gladly exchange it for another pair or store credit.

    If you’re interested in exchanging for a different pair of shears, send back the original pair and we’ll promptly send out the new pair to try (We’ll issue store credit or charge the difference in price accordingly). Or if you’d prefer, you can purchase a couple pairs and keep only the ones that work best for you.

    In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please make note of it when signing for delivery. Email us the photos/details and we’ll help with the insurance claim.

    Definitely. You can easily initiate a return here.
    We’re so convinced you’ll be satisfied with using our shears that we offer you a full year to try out your new scissors.

    Note: to return an item, please initiate a return here. We are only able to accept returns initiated through the website.

    Returned items need to be in “like new” condition, with all original parts, accessories & manuals. Once we receive your return, we’ll double check the condition and issue the store credit or refund (depending on timeframe). We can only issue refunds to the original credit card used when you placed your order.

    Our shears are manufactured in Japan before being imported to the US.

    We take all major credit cards & Paypal.

    Lindsey may also be open to payment in mangos, in case you happen to own a mango farm.
